Simbaa Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Simbaa, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our category-specific guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been processed or dispatched.

  • After Shipment: Once an item has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return once the item arrives (subject to the return criteria below).

  • Groceries & Fresh Items: These cannot be cancelled once the order is “Out for Delivery” due to their perishable nature.

2. Return Window by Category

To ensure fairness, different products have different return timelines:

Clothes & Footwear 14 Days Unworn, tags attached, original packaging.
Electricals & Gadgets 7 Days Original seal intact; returnable only if defective.
Bags & Accessories 14 Days No signs of use; all dust bags/tags included.
Personal Care Non-returnable For hygiene reasons (unless received damaged).
Batteries 7 Days Must be in original, unopened blister pack.
Groceries 24 Hours Only if expired, damaged, or incorrect at delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

  • Timeline: It usually takes 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Simbaa error (wrong item/damaged product).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened personal care products (lotions, makeup, etc.).

  • Used batteries or electrical items with broken security seals.

  • Perishable grocery items after the 24-hour window.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.


5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your Simbaa account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Upload a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  4. Pack the item securely and wait for our courier partner to arrive for the pickup.
